The SwingDuke made its debut at the 2017 PGA Merchandise Show last week as an exhibitor in the show’s special Inventor’s Spotlight area. The feedback we received at the PGA Show was overwhelmingly positive, as numerous individuals, including golf club representatives, PGA Professionals/Instructors, high school and collegiate coaches & players, equipment manufacturers and fitness companies were positive on SwingDuke’s ability to intersect golf swing training and golf fitness. We found strong interest in varied market segments that confirm our thinking that SwingDuke has a successful future in the golf industry.

The SwingDuke is the intersection between golf instruction & golf fitness/conditioning. It is the only self-actuated golf swing training machine that defines the swing plane for any club, while still allowing freedom for the club to rotate, hinge and extend throughout the entire golf stroke. This allows golfers to “feel” the proper swing for themselves so they can establish an accurate, repeatable golf swing. It can be adjusted for any swing plane, user-height, and any club-specific lie angle. SwingDuke’s swing path will not allow a golfer to go over the top or cast. SwingDuke will also teach proper stance, posture, alignment, ball position, pivot, and balance. In addition, the SwingDuke is an exercise machine for golf, as its optional, and adjustable, weight resistance features allow golfers to condition all their golf swing muscles at the same time as it reinforces proper swing technique. The machine, therefore, would work at a range or practice facility (indoors or outdoors), at an exercise/fitness facility, or at a home in a basement or garage. You can also hit golf balls to get instant feedback.

Many thanks to all the people – family, friends, and my three wonderful partners – that made SwingDuke’s PGA Merchandise Show debut possible. Your generous donations were crucial, but your belief in me and SwingDuke is what provides us with motivation and drive to continue on towards success. The overwhelmingly positive feedback and validation of SwingDuke from people at the show last week provides us with even more energy moving forward.
