PowerSWING Plus

When I created the GolfGym PowerSWING Plus unit, I never considered using it for anything other than a tool to help your golf swing, eliminate “Over The Top” and “Casting”, and help you build strength and speed. However, one day I was playing around with the unit after attaching it to our door with the new Door/Loop Attachment, I found that I could perform several different movements/exercises under resistance that were directly related to building a stronger “Core” and a more fluid and repeatable golf swing.
