Your hips’ rotation plays a big role in maximizing your club head speed, but it takes more than hip and body rotation to get the most club head speed out of your swing.
Your arms play a vital role in helping to create that “whip” through ball impact and into the straight line release.
It’s not always easy to perform the movements properly unless we can replicate the “feel” for what your arms should be doing on the downswing.
