These golf exercises area little advanced for many of you, but f you are fairly fit and your level of golf fitness is pretty good, a lot of these moves will add some variety and indeed add more strength and power.

To performa these exercises correctly you can try them as a circuit or add one to two of the exercises to a daily routine or yur regular workouts for golf. By doing so, most golfers will improve swing speed and increase power and ultimately improve the golf swing.
