Hello there Fit Golfers! Welcome to the first episode of my Golf Fitness at Home series that aired on Golf Channel Latin America in May! Finally got permission to translate and publish the series and I am very excited to share it with all of you.
This is a FULL FOLLOW ALONG WORKOUT you can do at home or at the gym with no equipment!
This week we are training lower body and hip rotation! Stay tuned because next week we are doing an upper body/shoulder turn routine you are not gonna wanna miss!
WORKOUT – EPISODE 1
LOWER BODY and HIP ROTATION
Perform 2 or 3 supersets of the following:
0:00 – Intro
0:41 – FOAM ROLLING: Glutes, hip flexor, quads, IT band, calves, hamstrings.
6:55 – SET #1 (Hip flexor stretch / Tail Bone Tucks / Glute Bridges – 30 sec hold or 10 reps)
11:46 – SET #2 (Rotation separation drill / squats – 10 sec hold or 10 reps)
15:44 – SET #3 (Step ups / active hip internal rotation stretch – 10 reps per side)
