This is a full follow along workout you can do at home or at the gym with no equipment!
This week we are training upper body and shoulder rotation!

WORKOUT – EPISODE 2
UPPER BODY & SHOULDER TURN
Perform 2 or 3 supersets of the following:
0:00 – Intro
0:40 – FOAM ROLLING: Pecs, neck, subscapularis, lats
5:37 – SET #1 (Open Books/ Pull Apart/ Scapular Depression – 10 reps of each per side)
9:56 – SET #2 (Reachbacks/ Ws/ Seated Torso Turns – 10 reps of each per side)
13:54 – SET #3 (Single Arm Bent Over Rows/ Shoulder external rotations – 10 reps per side)
