Very fortunate to be joined by Ali T from Fit&Flexi for a 5 minute work out to improve golf performance, general fitness and golf specific fitness.

As we know, golf is all about being as good on the 18th hole as we are on the 1st. That means we need to be physically fit enough to maintain performance throughout our round. Being “Golf Fit” is essential.

This fit in 5 circuit should be completed as many times through as you feel able to do.

1. Plank, Lunge Twist
2. Pistol Squat (20 secs each leg)
3. Plank walk out
4. Lunge Twist
5. Russian Twist
