This is the workout for competitive golfers.

In my search to stop being stuck and to be much more repeatable this workout is designed to attack and build your core for golf. There are 5 stations spent 30 seconds at each station and did 4 rounds.

Activmotion Bar Swings
Leg side to side raises over object
Hip raises with band (this is a special device David Rutloski has, great for the butt)
Wall balls 20lbs
Wheel Roll outs

After this we did another 4 circuits of different power and muscle building things.
