It is important to strengthen all aspects of the core: anterior, lateral, and posterior. This golf fitness video will activate each area for control on the course as well as injury prevention and enhanced movement patters in other daily life activities.

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds (per side where it applies) with limited rest in between. Focus on core contractions during each movement.
