I visited a golf fitness facility called LA-GSI.
I did in body testing as well as a thorough feet examination.
I will show you what goes on in a golfer’s body and show you some exercises you can do to help your ball striking!
Hitting golf balls is tough on the body, so we need to take care of our body. Once you strengthen weak parts of the body, and strengthen key golf muscles, you will prevent injuries & maximize your Power!
