20 Russian Twists (DB/Med Ball)
20 Cross Body DB/KB Single Leg RDL (All 10 EachSide)

5 Rounds

3 Front Squats (70% of 3 RM Speed Focus) or 6 DBL DB/KB Front Rack Squats
3 Box Jumps
3 Vertical Med Ball Slams

5 Rounds

1 Front Squat (85% of 1 RM) or 3 DBL DB/KB Front Rack Squats & 3 Jumping Squats
4 Vertical to Rotational Med Ball Slams (2 Each Side)
