Normally I take you through workout routines that are good for golf in general, but I don’t always walk you through exactly what I’m doing at the moment. I’m currently trying to grow my glutes (as you haters keep pointing out I need to haha) and of course keep my leg strength up to keep my distance for all my golf clubs.
