In this video, Ken Pierce, President of GolfGym and creator of the GolfGym PowerSwing Trainer and PowerSWING Plus, demonstrates some great golf specific drills utilizing the GolfGym PowerSWING Plus attached to your door or hook/loop on your wall. These drills will help to increase your core strength, flexibility and rotational strength to improve your golf swing.

The golf swing drill using the PowerSWING Plus is based on a two hand wide grip on your driver with the PowerSWING Plus attached to a door or wall hook. The Wide Hands grip on the driver will help to create a wider turn in the back swing and a full body turn to the target in the finish of your golf swing.

The balance ball will challenge your stability and strengthen all of the stabilizing muscles involved in keeping you in a solid golf stance and swing. Challenging your core, hips and legs will develop into a more solid stance and swing

These Simple and Very Effective exercises will get your golf body warmed up and more flexible to get ready for the opening shot on the first tee box.

Consistent drills and exercises with the GolfGym PowerSWING Plus will develop good Movement Pattern Memory which will grow into a habit which will definitely help your Golf Swing.
