100 ball basket (example)
10 balls 10 % pace
20 balls 20 % pace
30 balls 40 % pace
20 balls 60% pace
20 balls 80 % pace
Build up the pace gradually as your awareness of the movement improves, if you lose the feel don’t be afraid to drop down to the lower pace .
