**In today’s functional training workout we are going to take a deeper look into body awareness. Understanding where your body is in space, and how to control and adapt in an efficient manor, will help you reach optimal performance. In this short 16 minute workout I will take you through a variety of stability exercises that are paired with a mobility component. For example, the relationship, activity, and demands during an exercise that requires the upper body to be stable while mobilizing the lower body is a great way to develop greater body control. This movement style is also very beneficial for pattern development of our golf games and our daily lives.
