This is the main section of the pilates class from session 1, please use the warm up and cool down links to follow the full class.

Equipment needed, a soft small pilates ball, a kids soft ball, football or a pillow.
Also a mat and a head block a towel will also work.

This class will work the glutes very hard and will finish with working your core control and strength endurance.
