Workout 2:
Half Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch
5-10 seconds each leg, 2x

Frog Stretch
10-20 seconds, 2x

Rolling Hips
5-10 times each way, hold for 2-3 seconds each side, 2x

Inchworm to “Worlds Greatest Stretch”
1 stretch each leg, inchworm back, and forth & repeat

Kettlebell/Dumbbell Goblet Squat
8-10 times, 2 sets

Half Kneeling DB lift
8-10 times each arm, 2 sets

Reverse Lunge & Row
8-10 times each leg/arm, 2 sets

Loaded Deadbug
8-10 times each leg/arm, 2 sets

Repeat circuit 2-4x
