In the modern game, players are looking to gain an advantage in any way possible…apart from kicking another players ball into a bush or something, obviously. Training the body has become a staple of today’s elite golfer, and what you do in the gym can have a huge impact on how you perform on the course.
Training, as with swing work has to be specific to the area that you are trying to improve. Not every player will be the same.
I’ve had a few issues with my swing in the past that I now know can be improved with certain training exercises. The stretches that I’m showing you in this video are specific to creating the golf swing that I want to be able to achieve, and create the swing speed that I want.
