In this video Seán demonstrates how he practises implementing the Easiest Swing fundamentals on the driving range. Using the Swinging Legs Exercise he is able to focus on consolidating his rhythm, coordination, balance, weight shift, body turn and stay supple & tension free whilst hitting a golf ball. He also likes to slow down his swing in order to heighten his awareness of the club in his hands. Seán finds that using the combination of the Swinging Legs Exercise and a slower swing makes this practise session very powerful and effective, free of technical analysis and swing thoughts.
