A workout today on the Total Gym doing a variety of exercises including some that are specific for the rings along with some that are more for general fitness. The first 2 exercises are done with extra straps attached to make the cables longer and are for some giant type work. The next exercise is for muscle ups and cross work. Next is a movement for planche and maltese work. And then some exercises for the rear delts and also victorian work and finishing with some triceps work. Thanks for watching.
