TPI Friday – Hip Mobility

Steve asked for some stretches to improve mobility of his hips. Instead, Glen demonstrates low impact movements to improve the range of motion of the hips.
Let’s start with a simple dynamic warm up, which puts the hips through external and internal rotation.
Follow that with some Starfish Patterns, both unassisted and assisted.
Complete the set with a foam roller or spiky ball, to release the tightness many of us feel in the hip joints.
