This workout got our sweat glands going a bit harder! Super core and Thoracic spine flexibility with some legs and arms thrown in. Whole body workout to get your kinetic chain firing on all cylinders!

Exercise 1-Bicep Curl to Shoulder press-3 sets of 8 reps
Exercise 2-Glute Bridge T-spine twist 4 reps per side and 3 sets (no resistance in hips)
Exercise 3-Glute Bridge floor press with Dumbbells 8-10 reps for 3 sets
Exercise 4-Medicine Ball Wood Chops
Exercise 5-Sit ups your way with weight or not 10 reps times 3 sets
