In todays exercise I demonstrate the dumbbell snatch. This is a great exercise to build explosive power and dynamic movement patter throughout the entire body. This exercise will light up a ton of tissue leading to a great caloric burn.
Be sure to take this exercise slow at first making sure your form is correct. Because of the complexity of the exercise, and all of the muscles activated, it is easy to loose posture. Slowly progress as you gain familiarity with the move. Finding a good breathing pattern will help with your coordination and balance during the exercises.
